Year 11 Stand Down
It was our Y11 pupils’ last day at Bowland on Thursday May 27th and we held the traditional stand down celebration. It was a lovely occasion to spend time with Y11 on their last day and to say farewell to them all.
The sun shone and the pupils had their lunch outside on the field, taking photos of each other and enjoying the beautiful surroundings for one last time. Mr Jackson provided the music and Mr Eather provided the sound and visual equipment. Parents sent in baby photos which the pupils all loved seeing in the presentation, along with plenty of photographs of memories of their 5 years with us.
We will miss the whole year group leave, as they are a wonderful group of young people and we wish them all well for their futures.
