It’s been a busy week at Bowland as we’ve celebrated World Book Day:
Hedgehog making in the library. Nearly 50 hedgehogs have entered the world
Branch Out and Try Something New – The library tree is still gaining more leaves with book recommendations from pupils filling up its branches.
Book Tokens have been given to each pupil.
YOU ARE A READER posters featuring teachers’ favourite books have been displayed around school
Bookmarks have been created during library lessons (Year 7 & 8)
Design a book token – National Competition
Drop Everything and Read – a short story was read to all pupils throughout the day as we all dropped everything to read.
