The trip was a success although we had to brave our lovely North West weather! The tours in the morning were enjoyed by all and one group were even treated to some magic! Let us know how the practising has gone! Can you remember what the murder holes were used for?
After lunch the pupils continued to explore the castle and grounds; one of the activities was to invent their own iron weapons! Lovely Unicorn, Rocco! For extended learning the children had to design their own family shields, come and dazzle your teachers with the designs!
