- The school council who led informative assemblies on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Year 9 football team who roundly beat Mount Carmel 9-0
- The girls football team who came second in their tournament
- Year 8, 9 & 10 teams who won both foundation and intermediate categories in the rotary engineering tournament – brilliant !
- Year 9 & 10 pupils who visited the engineering dept. at N & C college – staff said they were a credit to Bowland.
