Year 7 and 8 benefit from a sunny day in the local countryside!
Year 7 and 8 enjoyed a glorious day out in the local countryside as part of enrichment week. Each team was given a map and was told to navigate themselves from school to the top of the local trig point. All teams made it successfully to the top in record time, although one pupil did arrive without a shoe! Boggy ground had stolen it and even Mr Atkinson’s bare-footed wading in ice cold water wasn’t enough to rescue it! The day concluded with an amazing game of “Run and Scream”.
