The Art and Technology department organised the annual ‘Design a Card for the School Christmas Card’ Competition. The pupils in Years 7 & 8 could draw, paint or use computers to meet the design brief. Surprisingly, few of the entrants used IT to produce their designs.
The winning card was designed by Keela Cross in 8W and has now been printed for Mr Tarbox to send to over 250 recipients from the Staff, pupils and governors at Bowland. Well done, Keela!
Also featuring on the page is a highly recommended design by Claudia Jackson in Year 9, who was not eligible to enter the competition!
